Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "684ph," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" — refers to 684ph and the online casino and betting services available at https://684ph.club and its affiliated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
- "Player," "you," "your," "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any portion of the 684ph platform.
- "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the 684ph platform, which provides access to casino games, wagering services, and the 684ph wallet.
- "Wallet" — the PHP-denominated account balance held within the 684ph platform and used exclusively for placing bets and receiving winnings on the platform.
- "Services" — all gaming, betting, bingo, sabong, live dealer, sports wagering, jackpot, and ancillary services provided by 684ph.
- "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the mandatory identity verification process that 684ph requires of all Players in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
- "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for oversight of gaming operations in the Philippines.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 684ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the 684ph Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies applicable to specific games, promotions, or features published on the platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 684ph. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your account.
Your continued use of the 684ph platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. 684ph targets Filipino users operating from the Philippines; access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is your sole responsibility to verify.
Eligibility
To register for and use the 684ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for real-money online casino gaming in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. 684ph strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory age verification during KYC.
- You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
- You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 684ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
- You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from the 684ph platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.
Any account found to belong to a Player who is under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source and all winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited. 684ph reserves the right to report underage access to relevant Philippine authorities.
Account Registration & KYC
Each Player may hold only one (1) 684ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any additional information required by the KYC process. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change.
684ph reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, upon first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time 684ph deems necessary for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:
- A valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license);
- Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) dated within 90 days;
- Proof of payment method ownership (GCash or PayMaya account confirmation, bank statement).
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, after extended non-compliance, account closure.
Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 684ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
All transactions, bets, and activities carried out through your account while your credentials are in use are deemed to have been authorized by you, whether or not you were personally present at the time. 684ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your 684ph account has been compromised, you must notify 684ph's support team immediately and change your password. 684ph reserves the right to temporarily freeze accounts where suspicious access activity is detected, pending verification of account ownership.
684ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from 684ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits made to your 684ph wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment source belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
684ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels:
- GCash — minimum deposit ₱100; credited instantly;
- PayMaya — minimum deposit ₱100; credited instantly;
- BDO Online Banking — minimum deposit ₱500; credited same banking day;
- BPI Online Banking — minimum deposit ₱500; credited same banking day;
- Metrobank Online Banking — minimum deposit ₱500; credited same banking day;
- InstaPay — minimum deposit ₱100; credited within one hour.
All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 684ph does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which 684ph accepts no responsibility.
684ph reserves the right to decline, reverse, or request additional verification for any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your 684ph wallet are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name, matching your verified 684ph account identity;
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
- Any active Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied;
- 684ph processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes of approval under standard circumstances. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same banking day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
684ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts or that are identified as unusual by its fraud and compliance systems. During such review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. 684ph will communicate any such delays to the affected Player.
Progressive jackpot winnings exceeding ₱500,000 may be paid in installments at 684ph's discretion, in accordance with the terms of the specific jackpot game. Details will be communicated to the Player at the time of the win.
Bonuses & Promotions
684ph offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the promotion's individual terms.
- One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts.
- Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire 30 days after crediting unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
- Abuse: 684ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is suspected, including patterns of low-risk betting designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
684ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
Betting Rules & Game Integrity
All bets placed on 684ph are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface and/or in the game provider's published documentation. In cases of conflict between 684ph's general Terms and an individual game's rules, the game's specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay mechanics.
684ph uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for all virtual games. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted with physical equipment under controlled conditions and streamed in real-time. The outcome of any live dealer game, as recorded by 684ph's gaming systems, is final.
In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game session:
- If the game result was not definitively determined at the time of the malfunction, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's wallet;
- If a game result was definitively determined before the malfunction occurred, that result stands regardless of subsequent technical issues;
- 684ph's game logs constitute the authoritative record of all bets and outcomes.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 684ph platform. Violation of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with 684ph;
- Underage Access: Accessing the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual;
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 684ph account;
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage;
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through patterns designed to generate guaranteed profit;
- Money Laundering: Using the 684ph platform to facilitate the deposit, withdrawal, or transfer of funds derived from illegal activity;
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated methods to play, bet, or interact with the platform;
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider for legitimate transactions;
- Hacking: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt 684ph's platform, servers, databases, or codebase.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 684ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, audio clips, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 684ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 684ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include:
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content;
- Modification or creation of derivative works from platform content;
- Framing or mirroring any portion of the platform on another website;
- Scraping, data-mining, or extracting platform content in bulk.
Game content provided by third-party providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JDB, and JILI) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their licensing terms.
Responsible Gaming
684ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for Filipino players. We recognize that, for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. Our Responsible Gaming program includes the following tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

- Temporary Cool-Off: Self-imposed account access suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the 684ph platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and applied across all 684ph services.

Gambling is for adults only. All 684ph accounts require age verification. Players found to be under 21 years old will have their accounts closed, deposits returned to source, and winnings forfeited. 684ph takes underage access extremely seriously and reports verified violations to relevant Philippine authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 684ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 684ph platform;
- Loss of data, profits, winnings, or goodwill;
- Service interruptions, system failures, or errors caused by factors outside 684ph's direct control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet connectivity issues;
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of game provider content, odds, or results.
In no event shall 684ph's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 684ph wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 684ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law in the Philippines.
Suspension, Closure & Termination
684ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
- Suspected money laundering or use of the platform for any activity prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA);
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that 684ph reasonably believes to be fraudulent;
- Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
- Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months (dormancy).
You may close your 684ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding outstanding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 684ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through 684ph's internal complaint process:
- Submit your complaint in writing to 684ph's support team via the contact details in Section 17;
- 684ph will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 14 business days;
- If unsatisfied with 684ph's response, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player complaint resolution mechanism.
Amendments to These Terms
684ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 684ph will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where regulatory requirements or urgent security considerations require immediate implementation.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, along with the effective date. Your continued use of the 684ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account pursuant to Section 14.
